favorite Musical Moment
The explanation of the meaning of the few songs was my favorite musical moment
during the event. Every song announced had a distinct meaning and reason for its writing. The
speakers discussed the motive publicly for the writing of the respective songs. The favorite
musical moment was when Beethoven included vocal soloists and chorus in the final movement.
Beethoven was the first composer to perform this in a symphony (Chicago Symphony Orchestra,
2015). It is arguably one of the most renowned works of classical music.
My comments: what you mean by the explanation of the music when did that happen??
When did the announce every song? When did the speaker discussed the motive publicly
for the writing of the respective songs?? The favorite musical moment was when Beethoven
included vocal soloists and chorus in the final movement. So, Beethoven is dead how can he
include the vocal soloists and chorus in this concert? I guess you should write that the
favorite musical moment when the chorus and soloists included in the final moments of the
concert.

4) To what degree did the audience participate in this event (on a scale from “very passive”
to “very involved”), relative to audiences at other types of musical events?
16 points for answers that satisfy these requirements:
1)  Minimum four sentences;
2)  Good English;
3)  Both an identification of the audience’s level of participation and, as a
way of justifying your judgment, a comparison of this audience to those at
other kinds of musical events.

You wrote The audience was quite passive, as they were not very moved. Most of the
individuals were not concentrating and had lost focus on listening to the songs. The only
moment the audience associated with the band was between the songs in which they would
clap their hands. However, during the final stages, the people began to talk, whereas the

songs were being sang.
My comments are: the audience were quite passive that is the only true fact. at the
beginning and the end of the concert, the crowd stood up, clipped their hands and
applauded the Chicago symphony orchestra. Other facts that you mentioned are not true
that they were eating and not listening !!! and you wrote that they were clapping their
hands between the songs!!! It is symphony that lasted for 1 hour and 20 minutes and the
audience never clipped their hands except at the end.

The response of the Audience to Music
In general, the performance of the classical music was impressive. I felt this because of
the way the performers used instruments to convey their message. The composer communicated
well after writing the piece of music. The musicians interpreted the music well to the audiences
that it left them with no choice other than clap their hands. The audience clapped their hands
after entry of every movement. It was so fascinated at the arrangement of the event and the
cooperation among the performers. The audience was so impressed and their faces told it all.
My comments: the composer is Beethoven whose dead long time ago so how can he
communicate with the audience???
You wrote” The audience clapped their hands after entry of every movement” did you watch
the link for the concert?? Not they did not
