What Constitutes a Disorder?
If most individuals experience some level of anxiety and depression or challenges related to sleeping and eating—then at what point do difficulties in these areas constitute a disorder? In other words, when does anxiety reach the level of an anxiety disorder or when is depression deemed a depressive disorder?
