Assume that you have recently interviewed with the company from your cover letter assignment. You feel that your initial interview went rather well, and you would like to thank your interviewer for his or her time and professionalism. However, you should also use this opportunity to reinforce your desire to fill the position. Be sure to touch upon specific details from your interview. You should make use of all of the information you collected for your cover letter assignment to personalize your thank-you letter. You can find a list of the most commonly asked interview questions on pages 375-376 (Figures 14.3 and 14.4) in your text. You can then use these questions to help you decide what details to include. Note: Your letter should be written in a block business format, following the structure and format of the example provided.
